OBJECTIVES of the Brooklyn Pediatric
Society:
- Represent the Pediatrician members of Brooklyn, New York at the local, chapter, district
and national levels of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- Advocate for the positive physical, mental and social health and welfare of infants,
children, adolescents and young adults.
- Promote friendship and unity among pediatricians, residents, medical students, and other
health care professionals.
- Provide and promote Continuing Medical Education [CME] Programs.
- Discuss and study relevant legislative, scientific, social and economic issues
